Q: How do I book a stay?
A: The best way to book is directly through our website at www.westonholidays.co.uk — it’s fast, secure, and gives you the best price guaranteed.

Q: Is there a minimum stay?
A: Yes, we usually require a 1-night minimum stay, but this can vary by season. Weekend breaks and longer stays are always welcome!

Q: Can I book last-minute?
A: Absolutely. If the dates are available, you can book right up to the day of arrival.

Q: How far are you from the beach and town centre?
A: All our flats are located within walking distance of Weston-super-Mare’s beach, pier, shops, and restaurants.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be available if you book direct.

Q: Will I meet someone on arrival?
A: Most of our properties use a secure self-check-in system with a key lockbox. You’ll receive detailed instructions before arrival.

Payments & Cancellations

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure online booking system.

Q: Is there a deposit required?
A: we may take a refundable security deposit to cover any damage or excessive cleaning, which is returned promptly after checkout. (£50 Max)

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

The Property

Q: What’s included in the flat?
A: All flats come fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchen essentials, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs. Some also include washer/dryers and sea views!

Q: Is there parking available?
A: Most of our properties include either on-site parking or nearby public parking options. Details are listed in each property description.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: At this time, our properties are not pet-friendly, in order to maintain high cleanliness standards for all guests.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: All of our flats are 100% non-smoking.

Q: Are your flats family-friendly?
A: Yes! We welcome families and can provide high chairs and travel cots upon request. All properties offer space to relax after a busy day at the beach.

Q: Do you have accessible properties?
A: Some of our units are step-free and more suitable for guests with mobility needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements before booking.
