At Weston Holidays, we understand that plans sometimes change. We offer two types of rates so you can choose the option that best suits your travel needs:
✅ Flexible Rate Bookings
You may cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date.
If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
Modifications to your stay (e.g., date changes) are allowed up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability and any rate differences.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
💷 Pre-Pay & Save Bookings (Non-Refundable)
This discounted rate requires full payment at the time of booking.
All pre-pay bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of cancellation, early departure, or no-show, no refund will be issued.
We recommend selecting the Flexible Rate if your plans are not yet certain.
📌 Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
If you need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. bereavement, serious illness, travel disruption), please contact us directly at admin@westonholidays.co.uk.
While our standard policy applies, we will always review these situations with understanding and offer flexibility where possible.
🛡️ Travel Insurance Recommended
We highly recommend that all guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, illness, or travel delays.
